By definition, these are words we hold moral value to family, career, personal interests and aspirations.  When applying them to your health, these words become fundamental principles that will form the pillars of your fitness foundation.

Based on these principles, LK FIT DYNAMICS's philosophy is to apply customized programs built around your interests, goals, and body capabilities.  After a thorough assessment, a detailed fitness strategy based on your objectives is created, with progressions and results carefully monitored and analyzed by a proprietary reporting system.

Selecting a personal training service is not an easy choice.  Trust must be earned, that is why we go through a very thorough introductory process and assessment to make sure our services are right for you.

An initial screening will be done first, usually over the phone.  This will open up conversation to give you an idea of who we are, and in turn help us assess what is the best methodology to attain your goals.  Once an initial level of trust is established, we will arrange a free consultation and workout.

Complimentary Assessment and Workout.  We meet at a location of your preference, provide a physical assessment, and identify your specific goals.  This will include a discussion on what makes sense for you in terms of level of service and training schedule.

Training Begins. Your workouts are carefully tracked to monitor progress and improvements.  Our proactive approach and continued dialogue will help chart a course for you that will result in maximum success, avoiding boredom and plateaus.  

Finish Line, Reassessment, New Goals.  During the initial consultation, we'll decide how often to reassessment is needed.  We’ll ensure to do everything possible to hit your goals and, of course, celebrate the results.  During the final reassessment, we’ll revisit your goals and see which new ones you can go after.
